Chara Stefopoulou is a Physical Education teacher from Thessaloniki, Greece, currently seconded to the Department of Sports and Culture of the Primary Education Directorate of Chania.
A former competitive artistic and rhythmic gymnast, she has extensive training in Pilates, TRX, aerobics, spinning, and personal training.
She is the founder and owner of Glow Core, a personal training studio in Chania.
